This is the travelogue of Travel Fluffy Bunny, a very, very small rabbit with a very, very large sense of adventure.
You may be interested to know how such a small rabbit came across the good fortune to travel to earth's far corners, as no other small rabbit has done.
Well, for one, her name is Travel Fluffy Bunny. If your name was Travel Fluffy Bunny, you too would probably be a rabbit and would probably find yourself traveling now and then.
But honestly, the explanation is slightly more complex and dates back to early June, 2008. A young lady was sitting amidst disarray in her bedroom in rural Colorado, moving out of her apartment while simultaneously packing her bags for a summer in Alaska. She turned to her rabbit friend Fluffy Bunny, a medium-sized snow-white hare with curled fur like fine cashmere. "Alaska?" she questioned the hare. He looked back at her, terrified, his big blue beady eyes wider than Bambi's mother's. "B-b-b-bears," was all he could respond, and the young lady knew that this was one lagomorph not yet prepared for the perils of the Upper One.
At that moment, from across the room came the sound of tiny feet-- not walking, stomping, or pitter-pattering, but quite definably hopping. Glancing over to the bookshelf, the young lady saw a small, wobbling furball -- ah yes, she recognized, that must be Fluffy Bunny's tiny mixbreed cousin with a similar name. She had seen her occasionally before, hunting spiders and hosting dance parties for the other animals.
"I still have space in my backpack for one rabbit. Would you like to come along?"
A petite smile crept over the little rabbit's face, and the rest was history.
